Who's it for: Everyone who believes in ‘self-talk’
I believe meditation has many benefits; however, it’s not for everyone, myself included. There are, however, practical & straightforward tools to help us unlock our ideas.
One of those ideas is the simple ‘self-talk’ technique of using a 3rd person to trick your brain into resetting when you’re too close to a particular challenge.
This simple technique enables you to take an outsider’s view of the very same situation you were struggling with. It does so by creating space for subconscious, rational solutions to flow rather like a friend asking for your perspective: ‘What do you think?’.
