What’s it for: Identifying passion to help steer our actions
Who’s it for: Those who wish to find their element
Passion. It’s one of those words you hear all the time. You’ve probably said it yourself recently. “I’m PASSIONATE about”, insert thing you’re passionate about here.
Yes, people seem to have a passion for saying we’re passionate about things. But what is this invisible commodity that we treasure so greatly?
It’s simply the energy that comes from putting more of you into what you do. It’s that thing which gives meaning to your life. Passion is completely individual.
It’s doing what comes naturally. It’s what you are at your core, down to your DNA. It’s your purpose.
Let’s get to the bottom of what we are passionate about and how that passion helps steer our actions.
In groups answer the following questions and then share with your colleagues:
How would you define passion?
1.What are your passions in life?
2.How do these feed into your work currently?
3.How could you enhance these within your work?
