Happy Friday! We wanted to share with you three of the stories from across the world that activated our minds and informed our work this week...
Today and next Friday, millions of people will take to the streets to demand that our political and economic leaders take meaningful action to the climate and ecological crisis. To support those that are getting involved, Good for Nothing have created a way for them to spread the word and convince others to join in too. From posters and GIFs to a business report card, our particular favourite is the invitation for galleries and museums to put a selected artwork “on strike” too…
Tap for Change
The ease of carrying a card can often triumph over cash, so to help make it easier for people to support homeless initiatives, TAP London was born. The non-profit organisation seeks to tackle homelessness by encouraging Londoners to give a £3 donation at one of the contactless donation points installed across the city. 100% of every donation made will be split equally between 22 charities within the London Homeless Charities Group and if the locations are a little out of your reach, you can tap online too!
Rebuild the World
As the world continues to campaign for change, Lego are laying the foundations for the next generation of creative problem-solvers. With its first brand campaign in three decades, Lego invites us to ‘Rebuild the World’. Their surreal video and poster campaign show a world with flipped conventions, highlighting the power of imagination.
