What's it for: Considering what success really is
Who's it for: Anyone who believes you have to multiply your effort to maximise your reward
I’m often alarmed when a business that seemed to be thriving in one location closes its doors as it scaled too quickly.
The accepted business norm is we should multiply our effort to maximise our reward. But a sustainable business—one that delights its customers and creator, alike, doesn't always depend on exponential growth.
Success isn't only about doing all we could do. It's about doing the best we can do, and being able to do it again tomorrow.
For many, that is success.
