Purpose-driven organisations make more money. They have a better time and they waste less time.

Good strategies fail not because of the strategy itself, but all too often people simply don’t know what to do with it or how they can contribute day to day.

A lot of the engagement surveys are designed to measure attachment, not commitment. Yes, do you understand the vision? The question is not whether you understand it. Does it light you up? Does it excite you? It's not whether it's clear or not because you can study by heart something. It's like poetry. You can study a poem by heart, but that doesn't make you passionate.

How do you convert a vision into day to day actions?
