Bayer wanted to relaunch a novel product and build a sense of unity and excitement. We needed a paradigm shift in the sales force, many of whom have come from a traditional selling healthcare environment, to challenge their thinking and deliver significant behaviour change in order to realise the potential of the product and improve the quality of life in the UK.
